Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’m still not sure which program is best for me, how do I decide?

    If you’re interested in trying out Crafted Coaching but just can’t decide which 2 week program to go with, email admin@crafted.coach and we can help you pick the right one for your goals.

  • What equipment do I need?

    You’ll need access to a basic gym with aerobic equipment, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, and other fitness essentials. While we can’t tailor these 2 weeks to your exact resources, when you work 1-1 with a Crafted coach they will program around the equipment you have on hand.

  • I’m not a CrossFit athlete, is this for me?

    Absolutely! While we work with CrossFitters (the Functional Fitness Athlete program is designed for them!), the majority of our clients aren’t competitive fitness athletes. We work with anyone who takes their fitness seriously, from endurance athletes to powerlifters to martial artists to busy professionals.

  • What happens after the 2 weeks?

    If you loved the experience and want to continue training, then our Coaching Advisor can help you select the best coach for you. This is where things get personalized, and your coach will take you through a thorough assessment and consultation process to deliver you an individualized program.
